PMO-CP Exam Prep, operated by Emrah Özdemir, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

All orders are processed manually by the seller. To request a refund, email emrahozdemir.is@gmail.com with your order details (name, email used to register, and approximate order date) and we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Bank-transfer payments

For subscriptions paid by bank transfer, the same 30-day refund window applies. Email emrahozdemir.is@gmail.com with your transfer reference and we will return the funds to the originating account.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
