1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PMO-CP Exam Prep (the "Service"), operated by Emrah Ozdemir, an individual sole trader (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides PMI-PMOCP exam preparation materials, including study summaries, practice quizzes, AI-generated questions, full mock exams, and progress tracking. The Service is intended for individual study and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PMI.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harmful activity.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or scrape, copy, or redistribute content.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the Service's security; introduce malware; or interfere with operation.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account access with others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract underlying code or models.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all study content, software, branding, and AI-generated outputs delivered to you, is owned by the Seller (or its licensors). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal exam preparation within your selected plan.

6. AI-generated content

The Service includes AI-generated quiz questions and explanations. Outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for the official PMI standards or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and for how you use the outputs. We may filter, moderate, or remove outputs that violate these Terms.

7. Payment, subscription, and billing

Orders are processed manually by the Seller. You may submit an order request through the site or pay by bank transfer; in both cases Pro access is granted manually on receipt of payment. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — at the end of the paid period you may renew by submitting a new request.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and processed manually by the Seller.

9. Service level

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, or other factors may cause downtime.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and/or deleting your account.

11. Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where required by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
